When you book an appointment online, your booking information will be processed through our booking system. We only use this information for managing your appointment and providing our services.

Counselling information will normally remain confidential. We may share information where you have given consent, where we are legally or professionally required to do so, or where there is a serious and immediate concern about someone’s safety.
